Two-bedroom apartment for 2 to 6 people
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), both with balconies, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor of the apartment is a spacious entryway with a second toilet. The large living room doubles as a bedroom, featuring a sofa bed if needed, a dining area, and a kitchen. The living room opens onto the balcony, which offers a view of the Zugspitze.

Prices & Information
Rates:
All rates are per night, include VAT, and are in euros. Rates vary depending on the season and the number of guests.
Reservations:
A 40% deposit is required.
Base Rate – Maximum Occupancy:
Rates for 4 people, max. 5 people. Surcharge for 4 or more people: 10 euros in summer, 10 euros in winter per person per day.
Minimum stay in winter:
7 nights; check-in on Saturdays only.
Minimum stay in the summer:
5 nights during peak season, 4 nights during off-season; check-in is available daily.
Additional fees:
City tax: €3.00 per day per person (ages 15 and up), final cleaning: €50.00.
Other:
We do not allow pets in the building! All apartments are non-smoking!
Cancellation:
The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply. There are no cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price. From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70%. In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, late arrival, or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booking price. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance of your choice.
